Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day store operations at the Ashford Outlet, ensuring adherence to company policies, visual merchandising standards and operational procedures.
  • Drive sales performance and deliver on daily, weekly and monthly KPIs to achieve store targets in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Recruit, coach and develop a large frontline team, fostering a culture of service excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver an exceptional, luxury customer experience through clienteling, bespoke service and effective management of the sales floor.
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment and loss-prevention processes to protect margin and product availability.
  • Own administrative responsibilities including staff scheduling, payroll oversight, basic P&L awareness and reporting to the district/regional management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail manager in a high-sales-volume store, preferably within luxury, premium or fashion retail.
  • Demonstrable track record of developing talent and leading large teams to exceed sales targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs and driving revenue in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.

Experience

Proven experience managing a high-volume retail or outlet store within luxury, fashion or premium retail, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and developing large teams. Prior outlet or designer-outlet experience is advantageous.

Education

Secondary education required; vocational or higher education in retail management, business or a related discipline preferred.
