Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and coach the store team to deliver sales targets and exceptional client service while modelling brand behaviours and grooming standards.
- Recruit, onboard and develop talent; implement talent review and succession plans to maximise retention and bench strength.
- Drive clienteling and loyalty through proactive management of the client database and effective use of clienteling applications.
- Analyse sales and KPI reports, build action plans and execute quarterly business planners to meet or exceed objectives.
- Ensure operational excellence including inventory integrity, bi‑annual counts, loss prevention measures (in collaboration with LPRM), visual merchandising execution and cost control.
- Maintain strong local stakeholder relationships with the District Manager, corporate teams, mall management and retail partners to align on commercial and operational priorities.
- Own store scheduling, labour optimisation and adherence to company communication and compliance platforms.
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience with a track record of leading teams in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Demonstrable ability to recruit, coach and develop high‑performing retail teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with proficiency in Retail Math and KPI interpretation.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- High level of technology literacy and experience leveraging retail technology to drive sales and client experience.
- Fluent in English.

Experience
Relevant, proven retail and management experience with a fast‑paced retailer, including responsibility for sales delivery, team leadership, inventory control, loss prevention and visual merchandising. Experience recruiting and developing store teams and executing local sales events is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
