Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, empower and develop store teams to deliver an elevated client experience and build lasting customer relationships.
- Recruit, hire and retain top retail talent; provide coaching, performance management and career development.
- Drive sales through strategic planning, productivity goal-setting and the analysis of business metrics.
- Ensure operational excellence across all store processes, including visual merchandising, inventory controls and loss prevention.
- Grow store traffic through local community engagement and events.
- Drive omnichannel growth by leveraging all available tools and technology to convert and fulfil client demand.
- Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced outlet retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience with demonstrated leadership in a retail setting.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain high‑performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience using business analytics to drive sales and productivity.
- Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for styling, selling and delivering superior service.
- Technologically literate with a willingness to adopt retail tools to support omnichannel initiatives.
Skills
Experience
At least two years of proven store management experience in retail; prior experience in outlet or luxury/aspirational brand retail is highly desirable. Demonstrated track record of driving sales, managing P&L/metrics and developing retail teams.
