Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, empower and develop store teams to deliver an elevated client experience and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Recruit, hire and retain top retail talent; provide coaching, performance management and career development.
  • Drive sales through strategic planning, productivity goal-setting and the analysis of business metrics.
  • Ensure operational excellence across all store processes, including visual merchandising, inventory controls and loss prevention.
  • Grow store traffic through local community engagement and events.
  • Drive omnichannel growth by leveraging all available tools and technology to convert and fulfil client demand.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced outlet retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience with demonstrated leadership in a retail setting.
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain high‑performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience using business analytics to drive sales and productivity.
  • Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for styling, selling and delivering superior service.
  • Technologically literate with a willingness to adopt retail tools to support omnichannel initiatives.

Experience
