Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and coach the store team to deliver consistent performance, accountability and a high-standard brand experience.
- Recruit, onboard and develop talent; implement talent and succession plans to maximise retention and build a team of brand ambassadors.
- Drive exceptional customer service and clienteling, ensuring proactive management of the client database and use of clienteling apps to increase loyalty and repeat business.
- Own sales performance: set targets, analyse reports, develop action plans and use quarterly planners to meet or exceed sales and unit goals.
- Maintain store operations and visual standards, control costs, ensure inventory integrity via bi-annual inventories, and prioritise loss prevention in collaboration with LPRM.
- Optimise workforce scheduling to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time and ensure adherence to grooming and brand presentation standards.
- Collaborate with district and corporate teams, retail partners and logistics to drive assortment, merchandising directives and district-wide performance.

- Proven retail management experience with a fast-paced, customer-focused retailer.
- Charismatic and inspirational leader with strong coaching and people-development skills.
- Demonstrable proficiency in retail math, KPIs and the use of sales reports to drive action.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Fluent English; ability to engage effectively with district and corporate stakeholders.

Experience
Significant, proven retail and store management experience within a fast-paced, results-driven retail environment, including people leadership, P&L awareness and proven ability to meet sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
