Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop the store team to deliver an elevated, client-focused customer experience and achieve sales targets.
  • Recruit, onboard and retain best-in-class retail talent; drive performance management and career development.
  • Deliver operational excellence across all store processes including merchandising, inventory control, payroll and loss prevention.
  • Create and execute a strategic business plan to grow sales, market share and profitability through local marketing, community events and client engagement.
  • Build and maintain a client book through proactive CRM activities, personalised selling and relationship management.
  • Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available digital tools, in-store technologies and corporate partnerships to convert and fulfil demand.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience as a Store Manager at a specialty or luxury retailer.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to meet KPIs, with strong performance management skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of recruiting, developing and retaining high-performing retail talent.
  • Commercial acumen with experience in sales planning, inventory management and basic P&L responsibility.
  • Excellent customer service and selling skills with a passion for fashion and styling.

Experience

At least 2 years of Store Manager experience in a specialty or luxury retail environment, with hands-on leadership of sales teams, responsibility for store results and experience driving omnichannel initiatives and local store marketing.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion, retail management or a related field preferred.
