Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing store team to deliver an elevated client experience and sustained sales growth.

  • Drive store sales through strategic planning, business analytics and productivity target achievement.
  • Ensure operational excellence across all store processes, including merchandising, inventory control and visual standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience with demonstrated leadership in a retail setting.
  • Proven ability to drive sales, manage P&L or productivity targets and use business analytics to inform decisions.
  • Strong people-management skills with experience in performance management, coaching and talent development.
  • Customer‑service oriented with a demonstrated aptitude for selling, styling and building lasting client relationships.
  • Technologically comfortable with retail systems and willing to adopt omnichannel tools and processes.

Experience
