Role & Responsibilities

- Ensure operational excellence across all store processes, including merchandising, inventory control and visual standards.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience with demonstrated leadership in a retail setting.
- Proven ability to drive sales, manage P&L or productivity targets and use business analytics to inform decisions.
- Strong people-management skills with experience in performance management, coaching and talent development.
- Customer‑service oriented with a demonstrated aptitude for selling, styling and building lasting client relationships.
- Technologically comfortable with retail systems and willing to adopt omnichannel tools and processes.

Experience
At least 2 years of proven Store Manager or senior retail leadership experience, preferably within apparel, accessories, outlet or luxury retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management or a related field preferred.
