Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, empower and develop the store team to deliver an elevated client experience and achieve sales and productivity targets.
- Recruit, hire and retain top retail talent while driving performance management and career development.
- Ensure operational excellence across all store processes, including visual standards, inventory control and compliance.
- Develop and execute strategic plans using business analytics to drive sales, conversion and productivity.
- Generate foot traffic and local awareness through community engagement and store-level initiatives.
- Manage daily store operations with flexibility and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available digital tools, POS and clienteling technologies to maximise revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience with a proven leadership track record.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach and develop retail teams and manage performance.
- Strong commercial orientation with experience achieving sales targets and using retail KPIs.
- Exceptional client service skills and a demonstrated ability to sell and style clients.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, fashion-focused retail environment and manage multiple priorities.

Experience
At least 2 years of progressive store management experience in retail—preferably within fashion, luxury goods or outlet environments—with a proven record of driving sales, managing teams and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
