Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, empower and develop the store team to deliver an elevated client experience and achieve sales and productivity targets.
  • Recruit, hire and retain top retail talent while driving performance management and career development.
  • Ensure operational excellence across all store processes, including visual standards, inventory control and compliance.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans using business analytics to drive sales, conversion and productivity.
  • Generate foot traffic and local awareness through community engagement and store-level initiatives.
  • Manage daily store operations with flexibility and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available digital tools, POS and clienteling technologies to maximise revenue.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience with a proven leadership track record.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach and develop retail teams and manage performance.
  • Strong commercial orientation with experience achieving sales targets and using retail KPIs.
  • Exceptional client service skills and a demonstrated ability to sell and style clients.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, fashion-focused retail environment and manage multiple priorities.

Experience
