Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and motivate the store team to deliver an elevated, client‑focused luxury retail experience
  • Recruit, hire and retain top retail talent while driving ongoing team development and performance management
  • Deliver operational excellence across store processes including merchandising, inventory control and visual standards
  • Develop and execute the store business plan to drive incremental sales, margin and KPI attainment
  • Generate foot traffic and brand engagement through community outreach and in‑store events
  • Build and maintain a client book to increase repeat business and client engagement
  • Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available tools and technology to convert and fulfil customer demand

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Store Manager at a specialty or luxury retailer
  • Proven leadership capability with strong skills in performance management, coaching and team development
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire and retain high‑calibre retail talent
