Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic store business plan to maximise sales, profitability and market share.
- Recruit, onboard and retain high‑calibre retail talent; create succession paths and champion staff development.
- Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring operational excellence, visual standards and compliance with company policies.
- Lead, coach and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve KPIs.
- Build and nurture client books through proactive clienteling, community engagement and curated in‑store experiences.
- Drive omni‑channel sales performance by leveraging available tools and technologies to convert and retain customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a specialty retail store with responsibility for sales and operations.
- Demonstrable results‑driven orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong leadership capabilities: ability to inspire teams, provide coaching and foster an inclusive environment.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English plus proficiency in the local language (German).
- Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability and proactive problem‑solving aptitude.

Proven experience leading a retail store or boutique in the fashion sector, with responsibility for sales targets, team management and daily operations; demonstrates a history of recruiting and developing staff and driving omni‑channel results.
Education
