Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a retail team to deliver an elevated client experience and meet store performance targets.
  • Recruit, hire and retain high-calibre retail talent while fostering a collaborative, fashion-forward store culture.
  • Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure operational excellence, compliance and visual standards.
  • Build and execute a strategic sales plan using business analytics to achieve productivity and revenue goals.
  • Drive foot traffic and brand awareness through local community engagement and events.
  • Maximise omnichannel revenue by leveraging available digital tools, POS and CRM systems to convert and retain clients.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and multitasking ability in a fast-paced retail environment while resolving operational and customer issues.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience with demonstrated leadership in a retail environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store profitability (P&L accountability preferred).
  • Experience recruiting, developing and managing a high-performing retail team.
  • Strong customer service orientation with proven selling and styling ability; brand ambassador mentality.
  • Comfortable using retail technology and omnichannel sales tools to drive performance.

Experience

Minimum two years as a Store Manager or equivalent in fashion or specialty retail, with demonstrated experience driving sales, managing store operations and developing teams. Experience with omnichannel retailing and community-driven sales initiatives preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management or Fashion preferred.
