Stockroom Associate
Michael Kors seeks a Part-time Stock Associate in Orlando, FL to manage inventory, stockroom operations and support the sales floor.

Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked selling floor; replenish merchandise and ensure presentation standards are met.
- Manage stockroom inventory, including receipt, tagging, labeling and proper storage of incoming merchandise.
- Execute shipping and receiving procedures and associated paperwork in accordance with company protocol.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
- Comply with Point-of-Sale policies; accurately perform relevant register functions when required.
- Adhere to scheduled hours, time-and-attendance policies and assigned shift responsibilities.
- Support store training initiatives and attend development meetings as directed by management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service on the floor: assist clients, build repeat clientele and help resolve client concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail, stockroom, receiving or inventory experience; luxury retail experience desirable.
- Demonstrable organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise safely and follow loss-prevention procedures.
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service orientation.

Previous retail or stockroom experience is preferred; prior experience in luxury or premium retail environments is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
