Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, unpack and process incoming deliveries; verify quantities and quality against manifests.
  • Manage inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, cycle counts and reconciliation.
  • Replenish salesfloor merchandise promptly and maintain back-of-house organisation and housekeeping to brand standards.
  • Support visual merchandising and product presentation by preparing and staging replenishment and sample items.
  • Prepare and process returns, transfers and shipments; maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with store and sales teams to meet sales and merchandising targets and support exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a stockroom assistant, stockist or inventory clerk in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Professional, client-focused demeanour with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet targets and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic store environment.
  • Physical ability to lift and move merchandise safely and to stand for extended periods.

Experience

Previous experience working as a stockroom/warehouse associate or stockist in fashion or luxury retail is required; experience within a branded boutique environment is highly desirable.
