Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive store results through strategic leadership and partnership with upper management.
  • Supervise and mentor stock supervisors, cashiers and stock team members to deliver an elevated customer experience.
  • Oversee merchandise shipments, perform stock reconciliations and immediately report discrepancies.
  • Manage inventory counts, replenishment strategies and communicate needs to support sales goals.
  • Ensure the sales floor is consistently merchandised, organized and aligned with visual directives.
  • Operate and understand management register and core operational functions; leverage company tools to improve department performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of high‑volume retail experience with demonstrated leadership in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Proven ability to train, coach and develop front‑of‑house and stockroom teams.
  • Strong organizational aptitude with experience in inventory control and stock reconciliation.
  • Comfortable with register/management functions and retail technology platforms.
  • Flexible availability to support store operations and inventory activities.

Experience

Minimum 2+ years of high‑volume retail experience as a proven leader, including supervising teams, managing inventory cycles, overseeing merchandise shipments and supporting visual merchandising and sales objectives.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education or retail management certification preferred.
