Role & Responsibilities
- Organize, maintain and optimise the stockroom and warehouse areas to ensure accurate inventory and efficient flow of goods.
- Manage all warehouse operations including goods receipt, processing, dispatch, housekeeping and stock control.
- Execute and maintain operational procedures, standards and accurate stock/register functions in line with company policies.
- Plan, lead and coordinate regular inventory counts and audits to guarantee stock accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with store and warehouse guidelines and drive continuous improvement of processes.
- Foster a positive working environment and provide regular, proactive communication and feedback to supervisors and cross‑functional teams, including national and European senior management.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in retail or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum three years of retail experience with demonstrable responsibility for warehouse/stock management.
- Deep knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control and stockroom best practices.
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability for commercial results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (required due to English-language warehouse systems).

At least three years' retail experience with specific exposure to warehouse or stock management responsibilities, including inventory control and leading stockroom operations.
Education
Completed vocational training in retail (Einzelhandelsausbildung) or equivalent.
