Michael Kors in Wrentham, MA seeks a Part-time Stock Associate. Support inventory, stockroom and POS operations. $15.00–$16.25/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked selling floor and stockroom.
  • Manage inventory activities including receiving, unpacking, ticketing and replenishment.
  • Execute shipping and receiving procedures and maintain accurate shipping/receiving paperwork.
  • Participate in cycle counts and full inventories, reconciling discrepancies as directed.
  • Comply with Point-of-Sale (POS) policies; perform register functions and cash-handling accurately.
  • Support customer service by assisting sales staff, building client relationships and resolving client concerns.
  • Adhere to scheduled work hours, time and attendance policies, and participate in training and development sessions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years retail experience, preferably with inventory or stockroom duties.
  • Demonstrable experience with POS operations and basic cash-handling procedures.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with stock handling, including lifting, carrying and organizing merchandise.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability and a client-focused attitude.

Experience

Minimum of two years of retail experience, with hands-on involvement in stockroom operations, inventory control and POS transactions; luxury retail experience is advantageous.
