Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain selling floor and stockroom organisation, ensuring merchandise is neat, accessible and restocked to visual standards.
- Execute shipping, receiving and stock-handling protocols accurately and in accordance with company policy.
- Perform replenishment, inventory processing and stock tasks with speed, accuracy and attention to loss-prevention procedures.
- Sustain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards throughout the day.
- Support the sales team by prioritizing customer experience and responding promptly to business needs.
- Drive omnichannel fulfilment and sales by utilising available tools and retail technology to process click-and-collect, returns and inventory checks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year relevant retail or stockroom experience.
- Energetic, proactive and results-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-service focused with a commitment to upholding brand standards.
- Technologically literate and organised; comfortable using retail platforms and fulfilment tools.
- Flexible team player able to support selling-floor activities as required.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of hands-on retail or stockroom experience, demonstrating proficiency with inventory processes, shipping/receiving and supporting a customer-focused sales environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
