Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked selling floor and stockroom, meeting visual and cleanliness standards throughout the day.
• Execute shipping, receiving and inventory control protocols accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
• Support the selling team by prioritizing business needs and delivering excellent customer service when required.
• Perform stockroom tasks rapidly and flexibly to support peak sales periods and replenishment cycles.
• Drive omnichannel sales by utilising available retail tools and technology to fulfill client orders and returns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of relevant retail or stockroom experience.
• Energetic, results-driven and able to perform in a fast-paced, fashion retail environment.
• Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to support sales associates when needed.
• Organised, technologically comfortable and capable of following shipping and receiving procedures accurately.

Skills

Experience

At least one year of retail or stockroom experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail, demonstrating speed, accuracy and the ability to support omnichannel operations.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
