Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom to high visual and operational standards.
• Execute shipping and receiving protocols, including processing deliveries, tagging and accurate inventory intake.
• Perform stockroom tasks with speed and attention to detail, including replenishment and merchandise flows.
• Support the selling team by prioritizing customer experience and responding to business needs during peak periods.
• Utilize omnichannel tools and technology to drive online fulfilment and integrated sales (ship-from-store, click-and-collect).
• Ensure store cleanliness and visual standards are upheld throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of relevant retail experience.
• Energetic, motivated and results-oriented with a service-first attitude.
• Customer service focused with strong interpersonal skills.
• Organized, technologically comfortable and able to use retail systems efficiently.

Skills

Experience

At least 1 year of retail or stockroom experience supporting store operations, inventory control and customer-facing teams.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
