Michael Kors seeks a Part-time Stock Associate in Vila do Conde, Portugal — support inventory, deliveries and merchandising.

Role & Responsibilities
- Process and accurately record deliveries, transfers and stock replenishment in accordance with brand procedures.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and support bi-annual inventory audits to maintain inventory integrity and accountability.
- Maintain back-of-house organisation and ensure product is shipped to the selling floor to support availability and visual standards.
- Prioritise loss prevention by monitoring stock movement, reporting discrepancies and acting on early signs of stock loss.
- Collaborate with store colleagues, visual merchandising and leadership to uphold brand presentation and support sales targets.
- Provide on-floor support as required to sustain customer experience and assist in resolving client concerns with empathy.
Qualifications
- Practical experience in stockroom, receiving or back-of-house retail operations.
- Solution-oriented, team-first attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using retail technology and point-of-sale systems to support inventory and operations.
- Organised, able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Commitment to brand standards, confidentiality and loss-prevention procedures.
Skills
Experience
Previous hands-on experience in stockroom or back-of-house retail operations; experience within fashion or luxury retail is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
