Stock Associate

Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked selling floor and stockroom.
• Execute shipping, receiving and stockroom protocols in accordance with company policy.
• Perform stock replenishment, tagging and merchandising tasks with speed and attention to detail.
• Support the selling team by prioritizing customer service and responding to business needs.
• Drive omnichannel fulfilment by using available retail tools and technologies.
• Uphold store cleanliness and visual standards throughout the business day.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant retail or stockroom experience.
• Energetic, motivated and results-driven with strong customer service orientation.
• Organized and technologically comfortable with handheld devices and retail systems.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and prolonged standing.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and peak retail periods.

Skills

Experience

At least 1 year of retail or stockroom experience, preferably within apparel or accessories retail; experience supporting omnichannel fulfilment and high-volume receiving preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
