Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a neat, organized, and fully stocked selling floor and stockroom.
- Receive, inspect and process shipments; execute shipping/receiving paperwork and protocols.
- Support inventory control procedures and participate in physical inventories.
- Operate Point-of-Sale systems and execute all relevant register functions according to company policy.
- Adhere to scheduled hours, time and attendance policies, and participate in mandated training sessions.
- Deliver high-quality customer service, assist with client enquiries, and support client book maintenance and complaint resolution.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
- Proven customer service aptitude with ability to build repeat clientele.
- Familiarity with inventory control, shipping/receiving procedures and participation in inventories.
- Ability to operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and perform cash handling/register functions accurately.
- Reliable attendance, flexibility to work weekends and peak retail hours, and strong organizational attention to detail.

Experience
At least 2 years of prior retail experience, preferably in a fashion or luxury retail environment, with hands-on exposure to stockroom operations, inventory processes and POS transactions.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
