Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked selling floor and stockroom, ensuring visual standards are upheld throughout the day.
- Execute all shipping, receiving and stockroom protocols accurately and efficiently.
- Support the sales team by prioritizing customer experience while fulfilling back-of-house tasks and replenishment needs.
- Drive omnichannel sales by using available tools and technology to process online orders, returns and inventory queries.
- Work with speed and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and peak store periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant retail or stockroom experience preferred.
- Energetic, results-driven and customer-service focused with a strong work ethic.
- Technologically literate with the ability to learn omnichannel tools and inventory systems.
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks under time pressure.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise and maintain physical stamina for stockroom duties; flexible availability including weekends and peak periods.
Skills
Experience
At least 1+ year of retail or stockroom experience preferred, ideally within fashion or luxury retail environments supporting both in-store and omnichannel operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
