Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a neat, organised and fully stocked selling floor and stockroom in accordance with brand visual and operational standards
- Execute all shipping, receiving and stock replenishment protocols accurately and efficiently
- Support the sales team by prioritising customer experience while performing back-of-house and floor-facing tasks
- Perform stockroom tasks with speed and attention to detail to meet business needs during peak periods
- Uphold store cleanliness and visual standards throughout the trading day
- Contribute to omnichannel fulfilment by using available in-store tools and processes to drive online and in-store sales
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant retail or stockroom experience
- Demonstrable customer-service orientation with the ability to prioritise guest needs
- Energetic, motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Organised and technologically comfortable with retail systems and handheld devices
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak shopping periods
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail or stockroom experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail environments; experience supporting omnichannel fulfilment is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
