Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain the selling floor and stockroom in a neat, organised and fully stocked condition.
- Execute shipping, receiving and inventory control protocols accurately and in accordance with company policy.
- Perform stock replenishment, ticketing and merchandising tasks quickly while preserving visual standards.
- Support the sales team with operational needs and prioritise a seamless customer experience.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available retail tools and technology (e.g., buy-online-pickup-in-store, inventory lookup).
- Uphold store cleanliness and appearance throughout the business day.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant retail experience.
- Customer-service focused with a demonstrated ability to support front-of-house operations.
- Energetic, motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Technologically literate and organised; comfortable using retail systems and handheld devices.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of hands-on retail or stockroom experience, preferably within fashion or premium retail environments. Experience supporting omnichannel fulfilment and fast-paced store operations is an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
