Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked selling floor and stockroom.
- Assist with all inventory control activities, including participation in store inventories.
- Execute shipping and receiving protocols; complete related paperwork accurately.
- Support Point-of-Sale procedures and properly perform required register functions.
- Adhere to scheduled hours, time and attendance policies, and store operational procedures.
- Deliver high-level customer service, support clienteling efforts and help resolve client issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
- Proven ability to operate POS/register systems and follow cash-handling procedures.
- Familiarity with inventory control and shipping/receiving processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized merchandise displays.
- Reliable attendance and ability to participate in scheduled training and store meetings.
Skills
Experience
Minimum two years of retail experience, including hands-on stockroom, inventory and customer-facing responsibilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
