Role & Responsibilities

  • Organise and maintain the stockroom and merchandise inventory to ensure accuracy and accessibility
  • Receive, inspect and process incoming goods and prepare stock for dispatch
  • Support daily warehouse operations including stock handling, storage maintenance and merchandise control
  • Execute all relevant system register functions accurately in the warehouse system
  • Assist colleagues in planning and performing stock counts and inventory reconciliation
  • Adhere to and implement store and stockroom operational procedures, health & safety and merchandising guidelines

Qualifications

  • Initial retail experience, preferably with warehouse responsibilities in the premium or luxury sector
  • Strong organisational skills and a methodical, detail-oriented approach to stock control
  • Practical knowledge of warehouse management tasks and applied warehouse software programs
  • Physical resilience and ability to perform manual handling associated with goods processing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German

Experience

Secondary education; vocational training in logistics, retail or a related discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.
