Michael Kors seeks a Part-Time Stock Associate in New York (Rockefeller Center) — manage stock, POS and clienteling. $15.00–$18.50/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a neat, organised and fully stocked selling floor; replenish merchandise in line with visual standards and merchandising directives.
  • Manage stockroom inventory, ensure accurate labelling and systematic storage, and assist with cycle counts and full inventories.
  • Execute shipping and receiving protocols, complete associated paperwork and follow loss-prevention procedures.
  • Support Point-of-Sale operations: perform register transactions, cash handling and reconcilements in accordance with policy.
  • Provide high-level customer service on the selling floor; build repeat clientele through clienteling and effective use of a client book.
  • Adhere to store schedules, attendance policies and participate in training, meetings and development initiatives as directed by store management.
  • Support or supervise stock and cashier team activities as assigned by the Store Manager or Stock Supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' retail experience, preferably in apparel, accessories or luxury retail.
  • Demonstrated competence with stockroom operations, inventory control and POS procedures.
  • Strong customer-service orientation with experience in clienteling and complaint resolution.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
