Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom.
• Execute shipping, receiving and inventory control protocols accurately and efficiently.
• Perform stockroom tasks with speed and attention to quality and visual standards.
• Support the selling team by prioritizing customer experience while addressing business needs.
• Drive omnichannel sales by using store technology and available retail tools to fulfill orders and process returns.
• Ensure daily cleanliness and visual merchandising standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant retail or stockroom experience.
• Customer-service oriented with the ability to support sales teams during peak periods.
• Energetic, motivated and results-driven with strong organizational skills.
• Technologically comfortable with retail systems and inventory processes.

Experience

At least one year of retail, stockroom or logistics experience, preferably in apparel or luxury retail environments; experience supporting omnichannel operations is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training or coursework in retail, logistics or fashion is a plus.
