Stock Associate

Role & Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and process incoming shipments and vendor deliveries.
• Prepare and document transfers to other stores and locations.
• Organize, stock and maintain an orderly, secure stockroom; ensure merchandise is labeled and stored according to brand standards.
• Replenish the sales floor promptly to maintain merchandising presentation and product availability.
• Assist sales associates in retrieving merchandise and supporting client requests from the stockroom.
• Support inventory counts, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
• Adhere to health & safety and store security policies during all stockroom operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably with stockroom or inventory responsibilities.
• 1–2 years of hands-on retail stock management or merchandise handling experience.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and prolonged standing.
• Reliable availability for a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and peak periods.

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant retail experience with direct responsibility for stockroom or inventory operations.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
