Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain selling floor and stock room in a neat, organised and fully stocked condition.
• Execute shipping and receiving protocols and policies accurately and efficiently.
• Perform stockroom tasks with speed, flexibility and attention to quality.
• Ensure cleanliness and visual standards are upheld throughout the day.
• Support the selling team with operational tasks while prioritising a seamless customer experience.
• Drive omnichannel sales by using available tools and technology to fulfil customer needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant retail experience preferred.
• Energetic, motivated and results-driven with a strong service orientation.
• Customer-service focused with demonstrated ability to support sales teams.
• Technologically savvy and highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Flexible availability to work a retail schedule.

Skills

Experience

At least one year of retail or stockroom experience, with familiarity in shipping/receiving, inventory replenishment and supporting sales floor operations.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
