Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload and process incoming shipments according to company shipping and receiving protocols.
  • Maintain stockroom and selling floor organisation, ensuring merchandise is readily available and presented to visual merchandising standards.
  • Support the selling team with timely replenishment, item searches and customer-facing needs to prioritise the guest experience.
  • Execute daily housekeeping and visual standards to maintain a clean, safe and on-brand retail environment.
  • Contribute to omnichannel fulfilment by utilising available tools and technology to drive online and in-store sales.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of relevant retail stockroom or inventory experience.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and visual standards.
  • Ability to receive and process shipments quickly, including safe lifting and handling of merchandise.
  • Customer-service orientation and the ability to support sales associates during peak periods.
  • Comfortable using retail technology and omnichannel tools to fulfil store operations.

Experience
