Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and accurately record deliveries and inter-store transfers in line with brand procedures.
- Maintain inventory integrity through regular cycle counts, bi-annual audits and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Replenish floor stock and support merchandising teams to uphold brand presentation standards and optimal product assortment.
- Monitor and act on early signs of stock loss; prioritise loss-prevention procedures and report concerns to store leadership.
- Provide on-floor support to enhance customer experience, assisting colleagues with client enquiries and resolving issues with empathy.
- Collaborate with store management, visual merchandising and operations colleagues to drive store performance and KPI attainment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in stock, receiving or back-of-house retail operations.
- Solution-oriented, team-first mindset with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using retail technology systems to support inventory and sales processes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment and to prioritise tasks under pressure.
- Demonstrable commitment to brand presentation, confidentiality and loss-prevention standards.
Skills
Experience
Experience working in stockroom or back-of-house retail roles, with hands-on responsibility for deliveries, inventory counts, transfers and basic loss-prevention procedures. Prior experience in a fashion or luxury retail environment is preferred.
