Role & Responsibilities

  • Organise and maintain back-of-house stockroom and warehouse areas, ensuring inventory is orderly and accessible.
  • Receive, inspect and process incoming goods; prepare, pack and dispatch outbound shipments.
  • Support daily operational tasks across the store’s logistics footprint, including stock replenishment and transfers.
  • Execute inventory control processes and assist in physical stock counts and reconciliations.
  • Ensure adherence to store and warehouse procedures, health & safety standards and record-keeping requirements.

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in retail or a comparable qualification.
  • Practical experience in retail operations with specific exposure to stockroom/warehouse duties.
  • Proactive work style with a clear sense of urgency and prioritisation.
  • Solid knowledge of warehouse handling and stock management procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
