Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked selling floor and stockroom, ensuring product is merchandised to brand standards.
- Execute all shipping and receiving protocols, including processing incoming inventory and preparing outgoing shipments according to company policies.
- Perform stockroom tasks with speed and accuracy to support store operations and sales activity.
- Sustain store cleanliness and visual standards throughout the day.
- Support the selling team by prioritizing customer experience and responding to business needs.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available tools and technology to fulfill customer orders and inventory requests.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant retail experience.
- Energetic, motivated and results-driven with a strong customer-service orientation.
- Organized and technologically comfortable with retail systems and handheld devices.
- Ability to perform physical stockroom duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexible availability to support store scheduling and peak business periods.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience with hands-on exposure to inventory handling, shipping/receiving and supporting floor sales teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
