Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked selling floor and stockroom, upholding visual standards throughout the day
• Execute shipping and receiving protocols, process deliveries and ensure accurate handling of inbound/outbound merchandise
• Perform replenishment, stock rotation and inventory control tasks with speed and attention to detail
• Support the selling team by prioritizing customer experience during peak periods and assisting with back-of-house needs
• Utilize omnichannel tools and retail technology to drive online-to-store and in-store-to-online sales

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of relevant retail or stockroom experience
• Customer-service focused with a demonstrable ability to support sales colleagues
• Organized, technologically comfortable and able to operate retail systems and omnichannel tools
• Energetic, adaptable and able to perform tasks quickly while maintaining high standards

Skills

Experience

At least one year of relevant retail or stockroom experience, preferably within a fashion or luxury retail environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
