Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked selling floor and stockroom
- Execute shipping and receiving protocols, including accurate processing of deliveries
- Perform stock tasks promptly and with attention to quality and safety
- Sustain cleanliness and visual standards throughout the trading day
- Support the selling team by prioritizing customer experience and operational needs
- Drive omnichannel sales by using available retail tools and technology to fulfil orders and support store KPIs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant retail experience
- Energetic, motivated and results-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Customer-service focused with a professional retail demeanour
- Organized and technologically literate, able to work with POS/omnichannel systems
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of hands-on retail experience, preferably in luxury or branded apparel/accessories environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or merchandising vocational training is a plus.
