Michael Kors seeks a Part-time Stock Associate in Deer Park, NY to manage inventory, support cashier operations and deliver exceptional client service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage stockroom operations and coordinate the cashier team to ensure seamless daily workflows.
- Maintain selling floor and back-of-house presentation: restock merchandise, organize displays and uphold visual standards.
- Perform shipping, receiving and inventory tasks, including completion of related paperwork and participation in cycle and store inventories.
- Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately and execute register functions in compliance with company policies.
- Deliver superior customer service, build repeat clientele using the client book and resolve client issues promptly.
- Adhere to store schedules, time and attendance policies, and participate in all required training and meetings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Availability to work a flexible, retail-oriented schedule including weekends and peak periods.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise (boxes and cartons) and perform repetitive physical tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for inventory control and stockroom maintenance.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail stockroom, inventory control or merchandising is preferred; experience with POS operations and exposure to cashier or team lead duties is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
