Stock Associate

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain selling floor and stockroom in an organised, clean and fully stocked condition throughout the day
• Execute shipping and receiving protocols, including processing incoming deliveries and preparing outbound shipments
• Perform stock tasks—receiving, tagging, restocking and remerchandising—with speed and accuracy
• Support the selling team with replenishment and operational needs while prioritizing the customer experience
• Drive omnichannel sales by utilising available in-store tools and technology to fulfil orders and support customers

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant retail experience
• Customer-service focused with a proven ability to support a sales team
• Energetic, motivated and results-driven with strong attention to detail
• Technologically comfortable with point-of-sale and inventory systems; organised and reliable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment and manage multiple tasks

Experience

At least 1 year of relevant retail experience, ideally with hands-on stockroom, receiving and replenishment responsibilities.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
