Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, ensuring all product is merchandised and replenished according to store standards
- Execute shipping and receiving protocols, including accurate processing of inbound and outbound inventory
- Perform stockroom tasks with speed and attention to detail while supporting store visual standards and cleanliness throughout the day
- Support the selling team by prioritizing customer experience and responding to on-floor business needs
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging company tools and technology to fulfill online and in-store orders
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant retail or stockroom experience
- Energetic, results-oriented attitude with a strong customer-service focus
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Technologically comfortable using point-of-sale and omnichannel inventory tools
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail or stockroom experience, including exposure to shipping/receiving processes and supporting front-of-house selling activities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
