Stock Associate
Michael Kors is hiring a part-time Stock Associate in Camarillo. Maintain stockroom operations, manage shipping/receiving and support omnichannel sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom at all times.
- Execute shipping and receiving protocols, including accurate processing of inbound and outbound merchandise.
- Perform stockroom tasks rapidly and to Brand visual and operational standards.
- Support the selling team by prioritizing customer experience and responding to business needs.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available tools and technology to fulfill orders and assist digital fulfilment.
- Ensure cleanliness and visual standards are maintained throughout the day.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant retail or stockroom experience.
- Energetic, motivated and results-oriented with a strong customer-service focus.
- Technologically comfortable with point-of-sale and mobile retail tools.
- Highly organized with strong attention to visual and operational detail.
- Flexible team player able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail or stockroom experience, preferably within premium or luxury retail environments where adherence to visual standards and elevated customer service is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational retail or logistics coursework is a plus.
