Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain selling floor and stockroom organization, cleanliness and visual standards throughout the day
- Execute shipping, receiving and stockroom procedures in accordance with company protocols
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor efficiently to support product availability and presentation
- Support the selling team with inventory needs while prioritizing an excellent customer experience
- Utilize available technology and tools to drive omnichannel sales and fulfilment (e.g., in‑store pickup, ship‑from‑store)
- Demonstrate flexibility to perform multiple stock tasks with speed and attention to quality
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant retail experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail
- Customer‑service oriented with a results‑driven mindset
- Energetic, organized and able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable with physical duties typical of stock roles (lifting, bending, prolonged standing)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and support peak retail periods
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail or stockroom experience, ideally within fashion or luxury retail environments and with exposure to omnichannel fulfilment processes.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
