Michael Kors Stock Associate — Part-time role in Austin, TX supporting inventory, shipping/receiving and omni-channel retail operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked selling floor and stockroom throughout the day
- Execute all shipping, receiving and stockroom protocols accurately and efficiently
- Receive, unpack, tag and process incoming merchandise and prepare items for the sales floor
- Support the selling team by prioritizing business needs while preserving an exceptional customer experience
- Drive omnichannel fulfilment by using company technology and tools to process online orders, returns and inventory adjustments
- Ensure daily cleanliness and visual standards are upheld in both front- and back-of-house areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of relevant retail or stockroom experience
- Customer-service oriented with a commitment to brand standards and guest experience
- Energetic, reliable and able to perform repetitive tasks with speed and attention to detail
- Technologically comfortable with retail systems and handheld devices; highly organized
- Ability to lift and move merchandise safely and follow loss-prevention protocols
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of hands-on retail or stockroom experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail- or fashion-related coursework is a plus.
