Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the Jet Set team within the La Rinascente shop-in-shop, providing daily coaching, support and performance feedback to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure brand image and grooming standards are consistently upheld and role-model company behaviours using the behaviour tool kit.
  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to drive loyalty and repeat business; proactively manage and grow the client database.
  • Collaborate closely with shop-in-shop and host store management on sales strategies, product training and partner education to align selling standards.
  • Maintain floor presence and ownership of merchandising, VM standards, stockroom organisation and timely processing of deliveries.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment with enthusiasm and resilience.
  • Demonstrated capability to motivate and collaborate with team members to achieve shared sales objectives.
  • Strong communication skills; fluent English preferred.
  • Professional image and attention to grooming consistent with brand policies.
  • Comfortable using retail technology and tools to enhance sales and the client experience.

Experience

Experience in luxury or premium fashion retail with supervisory or team-lead responsibilities, ideally within a shop-in-shop or department-store environment. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and coaching sales teams.

Education

Secondary education required; vocational training or a diploma in retail management, fashion or business is advantageous.
