Shop Manager
Michael Kors seeks a Shop Manager in Oak Brook, IL to lead sales, clienteling and visual standards at Macy's Oakbrook Center.

Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible sales-floor presence, actively supporting and engaging with clients to drive conversion and loyalty.
- Deliver an elevated customer experience through clienteling, events and personalised service.
- Coach, motivate and train retail partners on product knowledge, sales techniques and visual standards to maximise performance.
- Collaborate closely with Macy’s retail management and the District Manager to align on Michael Kors’ business objectives and standards.
- Ensure consistent visual excellence and merchandising standards within the shop.
- Establish clear, organised communication channels with district and corporate teams, and retail partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years retail management experience.
- Demonstrable leadership in a high-volume or department-store environment; experience with luxury or premium brands preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and tech-savvy aptitude for retail systems and clienteling tools.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to drive results, solve problems and execute strategic initiatives.
- Solid styling sense and up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends; ability to represent the brand as an ambassador.

Experience
Minimum 2+ years of retail management experience; experience in a department-store or luxury retail environment and proven track record in clienteling, team coaching and visual standards preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion merchandising or a related field preferred.
