Senior Search Specialist
Michael Kors is hiring a Senior Search Specialist in London to lead Paid Search and SEO across EMEA, managing agencies and optimising performance.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define, implement and optimise Paid Search and SEO plans to drive online revenue across 50+ EMEA markets.
- Direct and coordinate agency partners day-to-day to improve paid search and shopping performance, including budget allocation, bid strategies, feed optimisation, ad copy and account structure.
- Develop and maintain a global test-and-learn agenda for paid search, prioritising experiments that scale across markets.
- Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to deliver SEO initiatives: on-page optimisation, content updates, blog growth and AI-assisted content where appropriate.
- Work with web production and development teams to prioritise technical SEO improvements and monitor Core Web Vitals.
- Produce clear weekly and monthly reporting, analyse search performance data and make data-backed recommendations for paid and organic channels.
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for search-related agency activity and support operational processes including onboarding, documentation and invoicing.
- Stay abreast of industry and privacy developments (e.g., CAPI, Consent Mode) and translate their commercial impact into actionable plans.
Qualifications
- 4–5+ years of hands-on SEM experience, ideally within retail or eCommerce.
- Proven track record managing large-scale paid search campaigns across multiple geographies.
- Strong analytical capability with experience translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Operational experience working with or managing external agencies and third‑party vendors.
- Experience with enterprise analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe) and familiarity with tagging/privacy solutions such as CAPI and Consent Mode.
- Experience using Jira or an equivalent project management platform.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
