Senior Pricing Analyst
Michael Kors seeks a Senior Pricing Analyst in London to lead pricing and promotions across retail, e-commerce and outlet channels.

Role & Responsibilities
- Design and execute pricing and promotional strategies across Full Price boutiques, concessions, e-commerce and outlet channels to optimise sales, margin and inventory.
- Collaborate with Buying, Planning, Operations and Store teams to align pricing activity with commercial KPIs and seasonal plans.
- Prepare and deliver regular insights and performance reporting (weekly) with actionable recommendations to improve sales, profitability and customer experience.
- Liaise with Operations to ensure timely issue resolution and clear, consistent communication of pricing and promotional changes to stores and customer-facing teams.
- Drive improvements in pricing systems, processes and reporting to increase efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.
- Mentor and coach the Junior Pricing Analyst; lead pricing discussions in cross-functional forums and ensure robust execution of pricing processes.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams, including remote and international partners.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with BI/analytics tools and retail systems.
- Strong analytical capability to interpret pricing, promotions and profitability data and translate findings into commercial recommendations.
- Demonstrable experience in process improvement and maintaining operational excellence within pricing or retail operations.
- Proficient in retail math, margin management and the mechanics of pricing strategy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the capacity to identify issues, propose solutions and implement recommendations.
Skills
Experience
Typically requires 3+ years of progressive experience in pricing, commercial analytics or retail merchandising, ideally within fashion or luxury retail. Experience influencing international stakeholders and mentoring junior colleagues is expected.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics or a related discipline preferred.
