Michael Kors Seasonal Sales Associate (Part-time) — Serris, La Vallée Village. Temporary holiday role selling luxury apparel and accessories.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to optimise the customer experience and cultivate lasting client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets during the peak seasonal period, utilising clienteling and up‑selling techniques.
- Maintain operational excellence and visual merchandising standards to ensure an inviting and refined boutique environment.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge across Michael Kors lines (women’s ready-to-wear, MICHAEL Michael Kors, menswear where applicable, accessories, watches, jewellery, footwear, eyewear and fragrances).
- Work collaboratively with the store team to sustain a positive culture, support inventory and stockroom processes, and assist with point-of-sale transactions.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or premium fashion environments.
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build client loyalty.
- Target-driven mentality with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; charismatic brand ambassador with polished presentation.
- Flexible availability for weekends, evenings and peak holiday periods; legally authorised to work in France.

Experience
Prior experience in retail sales is required; experience within luxury fashion or premium boutique environments is strongly preferred, with a track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high standards of client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or luxury brand courses is a plus.
