Saturday Retail Sales / Cashier (8 hours)

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Process all sales transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Deliver exemplary, personalised customer service and advise customers on store policies and procedures.
• Execute operational cash tasks and reconciliations with precision and attention to audit standards.
• Maintain merchandising standards and present product assortments consistent with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with store management to identify opportunities for maximising personal and store performance.
• Utilise available retail tools and POS technologies to support sales and operational workflows.
• Demonstrate flexibility and a commitment to individual development within a fast-paced retail environment.
• Act as an engaged brand ambassador, conveying the ethos and aesthetic of Michael Kors and Capri Holdings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience handling cash and managing POS transactions.
• Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a busy, high-demand retail environment.
• Strong multitasking capability and effective verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work a Saturday 8-hour shift.
• English language proficiency (required); knowledge of the local language (German) is highly desirable.
• Personable, motivated disposition with the ability to represent the brand professionally.

Experience

Relevant hands-on experience in cashiering or retail sales is required; prior exposure to luxury or fashion retail environments is advantageous.

Education

Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in retail or a related field is advantageous.
