Michael Kors in Las Vegas seeks a Part-time Sales Supervisor to lead teams, drive sales and deliver superior luxury customer service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve personal and store sales targets while maintaining luxury service standards.
- Support upper management in implementing strategic sales initiatives and multi-faceted approaches to drive results.
- Execute key opening and closing duties and ensure day-to-day operational excellence.
- Cultivate lasting customer relationships through clienteling, personalised styling and product knowledge.
- Foster team development by mentoring on styling techniques, trends and customer engagement best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
- Proven customer service and clienteling skills within a fashion or luxury retail environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and develop a sales team.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules and perform opening/closing responsibilities.
- Comfortable using retail technology and point-of-sale systems; digitally literate and adaptable.

Experience
Minimum 2+ years of retail experience; experience in supervisory or team-lead roles and demonstrated success in clienteling and meeting sales targets in fashion or luxury retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, fashion or related field preferred.
