Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve personal and store sales targets while maintaining luxury service standards.
  • Support upper management in implementing strategic sales initiatives and multi-faceted approaches to drive results.
  • Execute key opening and closing duties and ensure day-to-day operational excellence.
  • Cultivate lasting customer relationships through clienteling, personalised styling and product knowledge.
  • Foster team development by mentoring on styling techniques, trends and customer engagement best practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
  • Proven customer service and clienteling skills within a fashion or luxury retail environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and develop a sales team.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules and perform opening/closing responsibilities.
  • Comfortable using retail technology and point-of-sale systems; digitally literate and adaptable.

Experience
