Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience that reflects the Michael Kors brand.
  • Supervise, coach and develop sales associates while ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures and management directives.
  • Lead by example to motivate the team, drive performance and support individual career development.
  • Execute effective day-to-day commercial and operational tasks, including sales floor management, stock control and visual merchandising standards.
  • Cultivate and grow client relationships through clienteling, book-building and memorable in-store experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in retail, preferably within luxury, premium or fashion brands.
  • Demonstrable team supervision or leadership experience with the ability to coach and motivate staff.
  • Excellent organisational and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Resilience under pressure and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Ability to multitask effectively across operational, commercial and customer-facing responsibilities.
  • Enthusiasm for personal and professional development and the aptitude to act as an authentic brand ambassador.
  • English language proficiency (spoken).

Experience
